Additional Charges & Stamp Duties
- The China Legal Services (H.K.) Ltd. transmission fee is one-third of the base fee.
- The China-Appointed Attesting Officers Association stamp duty is HK$100.
- Additional originals or copies are subject to extra charges.
- Other search and handling fees may apply depending on case complexity.
