China-Appointed Attesting Officer|Mainland China Document Notarization Services

Yip Tse Tang Solicitors is one of the Hong Kong law firms appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China as an authorized China-Appointed Attesting Officer (CAO) firm, providing China / Mainland notarization services.

Since the legal systems of Hong Kong and Mainland China differ, Hong Kong documents intended for use in China — such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, identity cards, and company registration documents (CI & BR) — must be notarized by a China-Appointed Attesting Officer and transmitted via China Legal Services (H.K.) Ltd. to gain legal effect in Mainland China.

“Hong Kong Documents for Use in Mainland China” Must Be Notarized

Hong Kong government-issued and corporate documents differ from Mainland systems. To prevent forgery and ensure legality, all such documents must be notarized by a China-Appointed Attesting Officer and affixed with the transmission seal of China Legal Services (H.K.) Ltd.

Our firm has a team of experienced China-Appointed Attesting Officers and Notaries Public, offering professional, fast, and compliant one-stop notarization services.
